We use standard insulated styrofoam container with reusable and biodegradable ice gel pack, the steak will arrive thaw, ship frozen. Just in time to hit the grill when you receive it! No need to defrost. Local delivery to the restaurant can be arranged, please contact us for payment on delivery instead.

If the purpose for your wine purchase from our cellar is to inventory and collection, please double check with us regarding the cosmetic condition of the bottle, such as stain, torn label, nick capsule or cork condition, and small imperfections.
